Amy Benjamin (she/her) taught high school English in Westchester County for 30+ years. She now provides professional development for teachers throughout Long Island. Amy received formal training in Shakespearean performance with the Bedlam Theatre in NYC and with Debbie Starker at the Osher Lifelong Learning Institute at Stony Brook.

Taylor Dunn (she/her) is excited to be back at EastLine! Previous roles include Nurse Kelly in Harvey, Puck in A Midsummer Nightโ€™s Dream, and Sara in Stop Kiss. Many thanks to the cast and crew for all their wonderful work.

Theresa Fiorito (she/her) is starring as Thomas Clegg, and is also playing the role of Mr. Mayhew. She has been passionate about the performing arts since childhood, taking part in numerous productions from elementary school through college. Most recently, she appeared as Ginny in 5 Lesbians Eating a Quiche. Theresa wishes to express her gratitude to her husband, whose support makes pursuing her love of theater possible.

Joe Armando Grosso (he/him) Union: SAG-AFTRA. Training: Viola Spolin technique, the Meisner technique and Acting for the Camera. Joe hails from Costa Rica and lives in Brooklyn NY. He has performed in improv theater, independent films, and student films. Some credits include Ciaran (My Life Before Yours), Charlie (Memories Withered) a NYU student film, Dakota (Turtles) a Syracuse University thesis film, Godโ€™s Assistant (Naked Theater Freedom Dance), Joseph (Ella the Ungovernable), Chris (Working for the Man), and Dan (Happenstance).

Morgan Moffitt (they/them) is thrilled to be a part of this production! They are an actor/technician originally from Texas, who graduated from Adelphi University in 2016 and has been working around Long Island and NYC since. Most recently, Mx. Moffitt designed the costumes for the LIU Post productions of Carousel and Emilia. EastLine holds a special place in their heart and they are honored to be a part of this brilliant cast. Major thanks to Paul for taking a chance on them, any family/friends in the audience, and to their stunning partner who they love very much.

Stephanie Moreno (she/her) is a Brazilian-American actress and comedian based in NY. She is excited to be working with EastLine Theatre again after appearing as Young Woman in Machinal, and Goneril/Jane Fairfax in the summer repertory performances of King Lear and Emma. Experienced in stand up, improv, and devising, she has collaborated in countless new works presented at the Theater for The New City, The Tank, The Playerโ€™s Theatre, and more, as well as classics at regional and educational theaters. Elizabeth Rowe (she/her) has been fortunate to have appeared in many Long Island productions since the 1980โ€™s and is delighted to be back with Eastline, where she previously appeared in Enemy of the People, Those Gilded Souls, Our Leading Lady, Buried Child, and On Golden Pond. When not acting she enjoys entertaining and inspiring audiences as a nationally recognized storyteller (www.Storytellerowe.com). Sheโ€™s thrilled to have just published her first picture book, Christina Louisa Patricia McShea, available on Amazon.

Pam Uruburu (she/her) is a retired English/Drama teacher who has also directed and produced plays over the last 30+ years. She earned her B.A. in Theatre Arts from SUNY Stony Brook and her M.A. in Educational Theatre from NYU. She recently appeared as Marion Brewster-Wright in Studio Theatre’s Absurd Person Singular and Honey Raye Futrelle in SSTE’s Dearly Beloved. Sheโ€™s “simply delighted” to be working with Paul, Nicole, and this wonderful ensemble of actors.

Candace Wilkerson (she/her) is thrilled to do her second show with EastLine. Candace studies acting at HB Studio in New York City. Some previous shows include A Very Expensive Poison, She Kills Monsters (Minstrel Players), An Inspector Calls (Minstrel Players); Curious Incident of the Dog in the Nighttime (MCT), Much Ado about Nothing (MCT), The Shadow Box (MCT), Beauty Queen of Leenane (MCT), McB [a/k/a the Scottish Tragedy] (South Shore Theatre Experience), and The Curious Savage (MCT). This April: Itโ€™s summer, the cicadas are singing, and every estranged member of the Lafayette clan has descended upon the family’s crumbling Arkansas homestead to settle the accounts of their newly-dead patriarch. As his three adult children sort through a lifetime of hoarded mementos, they collide over clutter, debt, and a contentious family history. But after a disturbing discovery surfaces among their father’s possessions, the reunion takes a turn for the explosive, unleashing a series of crackling surprises and long-buried secrets. Paul DeFilippoย (he/him)ย is a director, actor, writer, and occasional sound designer from Queens. Witness for the Prosecution is the sixth show he has directed for EastLine Theatre. Previous directing credits include Summer Shakespeare productions of King Lear and Hamlet, and mainstage productions of Machinal, Dance Nation, and An Enemy of the People, which he also adapted. Paul also wrote and directed a full-length sci-fi comedy film, Policy, for EastLineโ€™s Muse Anthology project. As an actor, he most recently played Laurie in EastLineโ€™s production of Little Women.

Nicole Savinย (she/her) EastLine directing credits include: A Very Expensive Poison, Emma, Trouble in Mind, Godย ofย Vengeance,ย Men on Boats, Theย Truth,ย Treasureย Island,ย Prideย &ย Prejudice, and Yentl. She holds a BA (Hons) from Royal Holloway, University of London in Drama and Theatre Studies. She is an Associate Director with Theatre of the Gentle Furies, and on the literary team at The Playwrights Realm.
